‘Calm, Purposeful Learning’
ICT Support Technician - Level 3
Term time only + 4 weeks
Bradford (twin sited – BD6 & BD10)
We require an enthusiastic and self-motivated ICT Support Technician to join the staff at High Park school in Bradford, a special school for children with communication and interaction difficulties.
The successful candidate will help provide and develop an efficient and effective ICT technical support service to the school, staff and students, under the direction of the Leader of Transformation Learning.
The ability to diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical/application problems is critical. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the successful candidate will show an ability to engage with a diverse range of support requirements for both staff and our students.
Further in-house training will be available, and professional development with appropriate technical vendor training will be supported. As Highpark is split between two sites within Bradford, and will be soon moving to a new purpose built site in BD9 in the next 18 months.
Having a Driving license and use of a vehicle would be highly advantageous.
