You will work closely under the direction of class teachers to support children’s learning. You should have experience with working with pupils in class as well as leading intervention groups and have high expectations for all children’s achievement.

Candidates should have an understanding of young people and be patient and sensitive to their needs. You should also have a positive attitude to behaviour management and inclusion. You may be asked to work across the primary age range.
